Time flies and it's December already – so we'd like to start with wishes for a Merry Christmas to all of our Business partners, and big thanks to all of you for your continued support throughout 2012.
And there's cause for more celebrations, too, with CashFlow Advantage having turned four in December. Four years already! It's hard to believe that the years have flashed past so quickly. 2012 has turned out to be an amazing year for us, growing our portfolio of clients and revenues by more than 150% - an incredible figure in the current economy. Throughout the year we're proud to have been part of some fantastic success stories, helping supply the right type of funding solutions for all kinds of small businesses. In short, we've come up with answers to a lot of people's needs, and speaking of answers, we thought we'd take the opportunity right here to answer a few commonly asked questions…
Who owns CashFlow Advantage?
Well, we're definitely not owned by a shipping company that has been around since 1800, nor a venture capitalist, a publicly listed company, an overseas investor, a bank or a Nigerian Prince! We are also not headquartered in Europe. We're based right here in Australia? We are owned by our founder and Managing Director Jason Smith, who is still involved very much 'hands-on' in all facets of the business, and even takes calls from clients on a daily basis. Oh, and we hate credit committees so much that we don't even have one!
In the middle of so much financial bad news, why has CashFlow Advantage done so well?
Put simply, we have only been around four years. So we have, and aim to always retain, that energy and service focus of a 'hungry' new business. We are focused on delivering great customer service and taking a commercial view of each and every scenario. We talk the talk, but we also walk the walk. We hate packages, so we don't use a 'one size fits all approach', instead we look outside the box – pun intended - to make sure all parties benefit. At the same time we are more than capable of taking on our larger competitors on straightforward deals, and we reckon our service is better to boot.
What great prizes and incentives can you offer me if I refer my clients to CashFlow Advantage
Prizes? Sorry, we're just not the kind of business that offers iPads, cartons of wine or trips to Fiji for referrals. Gimmicks just aren't our style. But what we can offer is an attractive upfront and trail, plus a very nice 'thank you' lunch. Of course most importantly, we're going to look after your client, so you stand to look great for referring them to us.
Who Funds CashFlow Advantage?
We're not terribly fond of banks – particularly the 'Big Four' – and we're certainly not owned by one. However, we do have funding from a bank. The bottom line here is that your clients will never have an issue with availability of funds.
So there you have it. We've had a great year, and so have our clients. We're having fun, continuing to offer service that makes our customers happy, and more and more we're becoming a 'first choice' provider as businesses come to realise that we are well and truly competitive compared to the big guys out there, and offer a real service edge as the icing on the cake.
